I charge $75 an hour for all computer work.  This includes graphics, desktop publishing, photo manipulation, photo restoration, photo touch up and photo collages.  All of my clients receive a CD of their project once the job is completed.  This means if I do a brochure for you, you’ll get a CD with the original InDesign (the computer application I use) file packaged ready for print.  The package includes all elements that went into the layout and design, plus a PDF file of the finished product.  Most Graphic Artists I know won’t do this.  Although you have paid them to layout and design your logo, business card and/or brochure, they’ll tell you the artwork is their property and you can’t have it.  I don’t agree!  You paid for the job, you have a right to a copy of it.
